Return Policy

At CENIETY, we offer a hassle-free return process for our customers across the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. To initiate a return, please use our dedicated returns portal. Only items registered through this portal will be accepted.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be in their original condition – unused, unwashed, and free of odors, marks, or stains.

  • All tags and protective packaging must remain intact.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, along with proof of purchase.

  • Items on sale or marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

  • Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Items purchased with a discount code can only be returned for store credit or an exchange.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned.


Refunds & Store Credit

  • Returns are refunded to the original payment method, minus a $10 fee for the prepaid return label (fee waived for store credit and exchanges).

  • As an independent retailer, each refund is processed manually by our returns team. Please allow up to 14 business days from the date your return arrives at our warehouse for processing.

  • Returns for orders made using installment payment services (e.g., Afterpay) are still subject to the original agreement.


Exchanges

  • We offer both standard and instant exchanges.

  • Instant exchanges require pre-authorization on your credit card.

  • Exchanged items can only be returned once and are only eligible for store credit.

  • International customers can return items for store credit and repurchase the desired product.


International Orders

  • Prepaid return labels are not available for customers outside the U.S.

  • International customers from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom must return items to the designated return address and will receive store credit as reimbursement.


Defective Items & Order Errors

  • Any defects or order issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your package.

  • For assistance, please contact us at Contact@Ceniety.com with photo or video proof.


Return Instructions

  1. Access our returns portal and follow the guided steps.

  2. Print your return label (if applicable) and prepare your package.

  3. Include the return form inside and drop off the package with the carrier.

  4. Once received and inspected, your return will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
